Pharma & Life Sciences
Brand decisions still run on fragmented, low-resolution data. PeopleWith empowers Medical Affairs, HEOR and Market Access teams with continuous, consented, patient-level data across UK primary and secondary care.

The problem
Across UK primary and secondary care, launch, access and outcomes decisions rely on aggregated, retrospective data with no patient voice. The cost shows up in the forecast.
c.2 in 3
new drugs miss their first-year consensus sales forecasts
78%
of launches below forecast in Year 1 are still below forecast in Year 2

NICE managed access deals that depend on real-world data
7.3m
on the NHS waiting list, with 65% seen within 18 weeks against a 92% standard
Undiagnosed and untreated patients delay brand uptake. Pharma-supported NHS services have to prove outcomes to commissioners, but they lack the data infrastructure to do it.

Across the brand lifecycle
Launch & re-launch
No early patient-level signal on uptake, adherence or experience.
Market access & NICE
Sub-group and outcomes evidence gaps that trials don’t fill.
RWE & post-authorisation
Prospective data collection is slow, costly and governance-heavy.
Patient support programmes
Engagement and outcomes aren’t measured or linked to the brand.
Market intelligence & HEOR
Aggregated, retrospective data with no patient voice.
Outcomes-based contracts
No shared outcome data to prove value to ICBs.
The need: unified, layered patient data
Longitudinal, consented and governed: decision-grade evidence for every stage of the brand
EHR · Electronic health records
ACD · Additional clinical data
PGHD · Patient-generated health data
PED · Patient experience data
Multilingual by design
One platform, every market you launch in
Patients take part in their own language, and your teams get one consistent, coded dataset across UK and European sites. Consent and governance travel with the data.
Why evidence programmes stall
Site-based recruitment can't find patients fast enough, NHS data governance holds up set-up, and cohorts thin out before endpoints mature. Timelines slip, costs rise, and the risk lands on your clinical and evidence teams.
Recruitment
Patients can't be found fast enough
Site-based models struggle to identify and enrol eligible patients at the pace post-authorisation and decentralised studies need.
Governance
Governance stalls projects at the start
UK GDPR, ICO, DSP Toolkit, DTAC, ethics and consent frameworks take specialist capacity, and procurement and legal review add months.
Retention
Cohorts erode before endpoints mature
Digital attrition thins the cohort over time, weakening the evidence you need for HTA submissions and payer conversations.
Built for the teams who use the evidence
We lead with the evidence each team needs, and the platform does the work underneath: people, data and governance on one connected system.
Medical Affairs
Medical Affairs and RWE generation
Decision-grade real-world evidence from patients in routine care, combining health records with patient-reported outcomes captured between appointments.
HEOR & Market Access
HTA, NICE and managed access
Longitudinal outcomes and quality-of-life data to support HTA submissions, managed access agreements and outcomes-based contracts.
Clinical & Safety
Post-authorisation studies
Remote recruitment, eConsent and retention for post-authorisation and decentralised studies, with patient support and pharmacovigilance on the same platform.
How we work with you
01
Patient registries
Actively managed, governance-assured registries that build into a strategic evidence asset as data scales from descriptive to decision-grade.
02
Post-authorisation and observational studies
Remote recruitment, eConsent and data capture across IM1-connected GP systems, with near-real-time dashboards for every work package.
03
Patient support programmes
Awareness content, medication scheduling and reminders, health monitoring and pharmacovigilance, deployed at scale on a single platform.
04
NHS and patient group partnerships
Programmes delivered alongside clinical societies, NHS teams and patient groups, so the evidence is built with the people who use it.

Questions evidence teams ask
What kind of evidence can PeopleWith deliver?
Real-world evidence from patients in routine UK care. Each patient has one research-ready profile combining electronic health records, additional clinical data, patient-generated health data captured through the app, and patient-reported outcomes such as PROMs and PREMs.
How do you recruit patients so quickly?
We identify and invite eligible patients remotely through IM1-connected GP systems (EMIS, TPP SystmOne and Vision), and capture consent digitally. Practice staff only handle the steps their role requires. In IID3 this recruited 1,400 patients within 5 weeks of approval.
How do you keep patients engaged over time?
Built-in patient support keeps participants involved, with reminders, health monitoring and content relevant to their condition. In IID3, attrition fell from 45% to under 1%.
How is patient data governed?
Governance is built into the platform. A guided roadmap covers UK GDPR, ICO, DSP Toolkit, DTAC, ethics and consent; governance professionals review every project before go-live; and access is permission-based with a complete audit trail.
Which therapy areas do you work in?
The platform is condition agnostic, with data coded to SNOMED CT and ICD-10/11. Our registry work is proven in endocrinology, with 7 registries live in partnership with the Society for Endocrinology.
